
Nick is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (formally the IEE), a Member of the UK Engineering Council and a Chartered Engineer. Educated at University College London, INSEAD and London Business School he has spent most of working life in utility management and regulatory framework design and has advised many organisations on modern utility best practice in the Middle East.
Current Positions
He currently occupies a number of positions with companies involved in the energy and regulatory businesses, these include:
- Advisor to the President of the Electricity and Water Authority of Bahrain
- Immediate past position - Senior Executive Advisor with FTI Consulting – providing advice and support to the energy and utilities sector based in Abu Dhabi but delivering a wide range of projects to GCC and EU countries.

- Formation and corporatisation of Abu Dhabi water and electricity distribution company (ADDC) (Deputy Chairman and MD)
